Services

Arrangements typically last around 1 week.
  • Keep your arrangement in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and wind. 
  • Keep the arrangement away from fruits and vegetables, as they release ethylene gas, which can accelerate flower aging. 
  •  IF IN FLOWER FOAM, take about two ice cubes, crush them and place the ice onto the foam, by making a space between any 2 flower heads, that’s in the center, or place the ice at the back of the arrangement. This can be done every day and from about 2hrs after receiving the flowers. 
  • IF IT’S A BOUQUET, cut off about an inch from the bottom of the stems, at a diagonal with some scissors, before placing the bouquet in clean room temperature water. 

Store in an Air-conditioned room or a fridge to get the most life out of your arrangement.

  • Yes, sometimes this may be possible, although we do advise people to order in advance.  
  • For same day delivery, there will be a markup of 50% of the delivery fee. 

No, we currently only accept Cash, Western Union, Money Gram, CIBC or Scotia Online Transfer. ‘Please see payment details.’ 

We open 7 days a week and close on Christmas Day, Sundays 10am-2pm and Monday-Saturday 9am-7pm.

Yes, you can! We accept online transfers from CIBC or Scotia, also Western Union or Money Gram. 

We offer delivery island-wide. 

Delivery times can be requested by reaching out to a sales rep via our WhatsApp or by calling our office.

It’s advised. Mandatory for some orders, and not always necessary for repeat customers. If a person doesn’t deposit, that order can be cancelled after a certain time, or the flowers can be sold to another customer. If a deposit is not made, the order will only start after they have arrived, and they may be subjected to wait 15-30 mins.

Yes, but if the person refuses to take the order, because it’s anonymous, a refund will not be permitted. 

Our driver will make a 2nd attempt at a time that fits his schedule, and a missed delivery fee will be charged.

If you prefer us not to, to make it a surprise, we will try our best not to, unless it’s necessary. It is mandatory to state the Recipient’s contact information. 

As early as possible, but 48hrs in advance is fine. 

You have up to 48hrs before your order date to cancel or reschedule your order. If no such action is taken, your order is processed, and your 50% deposit is nonrefundable.
