This Privacy Policy aims to give you information on how AVP Flowers (collectively referred to as “AVP Flowers”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Privacy Policy) collects and processes your personal data through your use of this website or otherwise, including any data you may provide when you sign up to our newsletter or purchase a product or service.
This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, including any requests to exercise your legal rights set out in section 9 below, please contact us using the details set out below.
Changes to the Privacy Policy and your duty to inform us of changes.
We keep our Privacy Policy under regular review. This version was last updated in October 2019. It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.

Terms and Conditions
- A 50% deposit is required for all new customers, however, to ensure your order is made a priority, a 50% deposit is advised for all customers no later than 48-72hrs before order date. A deposit may not be necessary for same day orders.
- When you place a order, an invoice will be sent to your email or the receipt of your deposit.( Place orders on whatsapp)
- We will reach out to you 48-72hrs prior to the order date to confirm the order. At this time, you have the option to cancel, change or reschedule your order. If no such action is taken, the order will be processed and the deposit will be non-refundable.
- If you place a same day order, with no deposit and you don’t show up to collect the order, you will be blacklisted.
- Delivery is priced based on location.
- The delivery fee for “same day orders”, are subjected to a 50% markup of the original price.
- We will do our best to fulfill delivery time requests but cannot always guarantee it will be delivered on time.
- Delivery for “same day orders” are not available for major holidays (valentines, mother’s days…etc.)
- We deliver from 9am-8pm
- All sales are final
- As flowers are perishable items, we do not issue refunds, however if the problem cannot be resolved an in-store credit, fix or replacement is available.
- Returns are only accepted on a “quality” basis. Issues such as “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.
- If the recipient, for what ever reason refuses the item, a refund can not be issued.
- If a fully paid order is not cancelled two (2) or more business days prior order date, only 50% of the funds are refundable.
- We accept Cash or Bank transfers from First Caribbean, scotia bank, western union and money gram.
- We do not accept credit/debit card payments at this time.
- If for any reason you are unable to pay via bank transfer or at our location, we can schedule a meet up.
- Full payment must be made before any delivery is made to recipient.
- Deposits must be paid no later than 2-3 days before order date and no later than 5- 6 days before order date for major holidays(valentines, mother’s day…etc.)
- After making a bank transfer, you must provide us with the proof of transfer
- When coming to our location to make a payment you must have exact money, if in any case that isn’t possible please notify us before hand the amount of change needed.
- If you’re paying “cash on delivery” for a “same day order” you must have exact money, if in any case that isn’t possible please notify us before hand the amount of change needed.
- Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability of certain flower colors, ribbon colors and box colors.
- In some cases, we may not have some items referenced in the product description in stock, careful substitutions of equal or greater value will be necessary. In those cases, when possible, we will ask your permission to make a substitution. If we are unable to reach you, or there is insufficient time to do so, we will proceed with the substitution.
- In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet or a rose bouquet with mix flowers we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
